Terms of Service

These terms apply to LocalBot (app.opensales.us), a service of Open Sales LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the agency or business you sign up for ("you").
1. What LocalBot does
LocalBot researches your clients' websites and search demand, suggests article topics, writes articles with AI models, checks them, and, when you choose, sends them to your clients' WordPress sites through the LocalBot Receiver plugin.
2. Your account
Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the people you invite. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts.
3. Your clients and their websites
You may only add websites you are authorised to work on, and only connect WordPress sites whose owner has given you permission. You're responsible for the business facts you enter: articles may only state those facts, so keep them true and up to date.
4. AI-written content
Articles are produced by AI models and automated checks. They can still contain mistakes. You (or your client) are responsible for reviewing content before it's published and for what is published on your clients' sites. Autopilot mode publishes without a human review; use it only if you accept that.
Between you and us, you own the articles LocalBot writes for you, and you may use them as you like. We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data to run and improve the service, but we don't publish your content or use it to market other customers.
5. Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Each plan includes a number of article credits per billing period; unused credits don't carry over. Extra credit packs are valid until the end of the current period. A rejected draft returns its credit. Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects your plan.
You can cancel at any time on the Plan & usage page. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments aren't refunded.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use LocalBot to create misleading, unlawful, defamatory or infringing content, to spam, to target people, or to attack or overload any system, and don't try to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep LocalBot running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your work.
8. Liability
LocalBot is provided "as is". We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, AI mentions or any business result. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections 4, 8 and 10 continue after the account ends.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in.
